Office Are All Absolute Reviewer:   Anonymous   Review Date:  10/13/05      Rate This Apartment     Ever since I moved into this place, Planned Property employees (minus the maintainance) have been snotty, rude and not friendly. Besides all of that, they are the most unorganized company I have ever had to deal with. There has also been at least 10-15 new doorman in the past year, says alot about the safety of this place! I had a problem with my month free for giving them a refferal, had problems with getting things fixed, had and still have a cockroach problem. If you ever have to call PP corporate office, try to avoid talking to Mary Francis. This woman has no sense of customer service whatsoever. She is the most rude person on the phone and in person also. Which leads me to believe she hates her job. But that does not give her a reason to act that way to tenants. We are the ones paying her salary! So I do NOT recommend renting an apartment from any of the Planned Property units. You will be asking for a huge headache in the future!
