| This building looks really nice from the outside -- the gardener is a very nice man who has lived there for over 40 years. The units look okay too, with nice floors and decent kitchen appliances.
We have repeatedly complained, as have our neighbors,that our back gate does not lock. After many months, the replaced the lock, but with an indoor lock that rusted through within a month. And now they are ignoring our complaints.
Something -- probably a rodent of some sort -- has died in our wall, and the smell is unbearable. Even though it is winter, we have to have a window open. We have complained, but they are not interested.
The maintenance guy is nice, but does not live anywhere near the building and is fairly unreliable.
