Radiators did not work regularly during the winter, woke up to many 50-60 degree mornings. Rats in the back alleyway. Thin walls, and the alleyway echoes noise...especially when a neighbor liked to play loud music from 11PM to 7AM. I filed two noise complaints before she stopped. Apartment looked fine when I first moved in, but soon began to feel cheap and trashy. They increased the price of laundry 25 cents per load per machine while I was there...$3.00 for a load of laundry. Agree with other posters...know your tennant rights before you move in as Beal Properties will leave the burden on you to ensure they are respected. Moving out 3 months before the end of my lease...it's worth it that much.
