Reviewer:   Anonymous   Review Date:  1/21/04      Rate This Apartment     This place is huge for the money! It is roughly 1,000 square feet and I paid $650/month for a garden unit. Large bedroom, large living room, huge dining room, HUGE kitchen, and nice bathroom. Large walk in closet along with coat closet and linen closet. No utilities included. Central air and heat. The only drawbacks were the location. There was a bus stop right in front of the unit, leaving a lot of people waiting around in front of my building for the bus. Since I was on the ground floor I heard a lot of noise of passersby and the area didn't always feel totally safe. However, if you're looking for a good affordable deal, this is for you! Convenient to public transportation and the highway, laundry accross the street, restaurants and grocery within a few blocks. Accross the street from The Abbey Pub! More of a residential area for people with families, however.
