Almost nothing gets fixed and if it does, it's done in a substandard way. We had five building engineers in one year. They shut off the radiators and put a furnace in every apartment, so we can pay for our own heat, but they neglected to fix the rotten windows. Guess where all the heat goes? There is NO parking at this location at all. You might as well sell your car. On the plus side, dogs are allowed, but that means the hallways are unslightly, filthy and smell, due to "accidents". You wouldn't want your mother to see where you live. AVOID Beal like the plague.
