It's right in the middle of Lincoln Park, a trendy upscale area for the after-college crowd of 20-somethings. However, TLC Management is horrible. When I moved in, I had to ask for my apartment to be cleaned because it was filthy. When something breaks and I put in a maintenance request, they take forever to come to fix it. I usually have to call 2 or 3 more times before they come. The maintenance guy does a fantastic job, but he is the only one they have. They need to hire more maintenance people. When I called and complained to Upper Management, I was ignored and they did not return my phone calls. I love Lincoln Park, but I won't rent anything that is managed by TLC Management.
