Horrible Management!! Reviewer:   Anonymous   Review Date:  9/1/05      Rate This Apartment     The apartment is great but has been absolutely miserable since Beal took over. The maintence guy is horrible and rude (he actually yelled at me last week when my power went out). ComEd has contacted me to let me know that they cannot get in to read the meter or do an inspection (Beal did not pass an electrical inspection and are expected to fix the potentially dangerous problem). Beal has had since May to fix the problem and keep dodging ComEd. I cannot beleive how horrible a once wonderful building has become. DO NOT RENT FROM BEAL!!
