An excellent apartment less than one block from the park and 2-3 block from the beach. The floor plan of my apartment is extremely quite excellent and the windows in the living, dining and kitchen areas over-look Argyle which is an active street. There's free basic and extended basic cable and free gas. Laundry facilities are in the building --- on the first floor as are storage facilities. |
