The owner is very quick to come and fix problems. However, the wiring is outdated and you can't have on 2 appliances at one time in the kitchen. It also doesn't support an A/C window unit without blowing the fuse. The kitchen floor needs to be replaced. The apt. is very large and has many windows. |
