Heads up if you plan to rent with the Apartment Source or TMG Management Company. They are not responsive, they do not take care of repairs in a timely manner and they do not abide by the terms in your lease. They think they can come into your apartment whenever they want!
Also, you the parking spot they say comes with the apartment is extremly hard to drive into. You can bang up your car trying to get back to it. Also, no cars larger than a small compact car fit into the parking spots so it is waste of your money. They will not tell you this.
They do not take care of the garbage and they do not take care of plowing snow in a timely manner. They do not return phone calls. DON'T RENT! |
