First we looked at the apartments and they were pretty nice but the on-site manager was completely rude!! Then we started to receive phone calls all day while at work. Dosen't the guy know that people work full-time during the day and can't answer their cell phone at work?? Jim kept making demands without considering our schedule and was completely rude!! He would yell and scream at us about not making his demands, but still expected us to rent from him. I can't imagine what kind of landlord he would be. In the end we decided not to rent from him because he is a complete ASS and needs to go back to public relations 101!!! I feel sorry for anyone that would let this guy be their landlord. Maybe you should check his references before he checks yours!!
