Beal is more concerned with taking your money and not at all with keeping up the buildings they own. My building has rodent problems, trash problems, lousy neighbors, you name it. Sometimes in the middle of washing dishes, the water goes out. Same with the shower. In the middle of winter, the hot water just shuts off now and then. It's a shame. Many repairs which were promised before I moved in never happened. They don't care. The manager and I have argued over this. I'm moving out and looking for something more modern. I've had it.
