We met and realized we both rented from Beal. I ended up moving in with him after my lease was up, then we wanted bigger space. Ended up at 627 Oakdale, who was also a Beal building - how crazy is that. This building is a great walk up and the 2 bedrooms are huge. Great space, old chicago feel and the janitors are the same janitors that were at my boyfreinds old place on Barry. I feel that they are a good, reputable company and very happy with my experiences!
