It is clean and has a new kitchen and bathroom. The janitor showed me the apartment and was very helpful when I moved in. My heat is seperate and I control it myself, so I can have as much or save some dough and cut it back. The building has a laundry room in the basement, and plenty of storage. nice apartment and nice place to live.
