It has beautiful hard wood floors & an interresting arrangement of rooms. There are 3 bedrooms, one w/o a closet. All of the other living space is wide open. I love the space! The biggest downfall of the apartment is the NEIGHBORS. The floors & ceilings are very thin w/ no insulation, so we are able to hear every conversation going on upstairs, as well as all of their footsteps. There is little privacy. The ther downfall is that the windows aren't very good. All of the windows on the East side are old industrial windows that are very hard to open. All the other windows are fairly new, but they are very drafty. Our heat bill is enormous.
