The apartment layouts are great. Huge living room. Picture-frame molding throughout with hardwood floors (new) and ceramic tile. Adequate closet space. My unit is a corner unit and is bright and sunny and the bedroom is huge and I have a view of Lake Michigan. There is a roof top deck (sorry no pool) with amazing views - watched the air and water show away from the other 1M+ people. It is a quiet building of proessionals. Very, very clean. It is owner-managed and Morrie does an amazing job. Aside from no building-offered parking (there is alot across the street), this place is great. |
