Beautiful Apartment is not worth the hassle of the managment company. Heat in building was not avaliable for 4 weekends this winter. Landlord has strange requests and frequently allows work men to enter apartment with out prior notice. When a tennant reports a problem with the aparmtment the landlord and managment company are quick to blame the tenant or discount the problem. I reported the heat issue at least 5 times prior to a permenant fix. THe harassment is not work the great location and amazing apartment. |
