One of my friend asked me to try http://www.LoanStanding.com and so decided to look at what they had on offer .... simple .... one product, a tracker mortgage which is a 0.75% uplift to the base rate, with no tie in period, no penalties, you can make additional payments as and when you like and there are no obscene fees to join or leave their scheme. If you know that you want a base rate tracker mortgage, you could do worse than to look at what this company will offer you.
