  Rents are all over the place in this building, with the more established residents getting hit with big rent increases upon renewal--in effect financing the empty units.

Maintenance has gone downhill. When I first moved there, hallways were cleaned weekly and problems in public areas addressed quickly. I am now embarassed to bring people up the stairs to see the chipped paint and filthy red carpet.
