She makes up her own rules for the building and makes sure to let you know if she is not happy with you or your visitors. The lobby is clean but the hallways are dirty and not kept well. Once you have signed the lease there seems to be a lack of care for customer satisfaction. Their main concern is to tend to things that are in violation of city code. If you have a problem with anything less - good luck!
