She complains about everything. She's rude and will only help you when she feels like it. This management company (HORIZON) violates several city codes, such as adequate smoke detectors, harrassment, and charges you if you need your locks fixed. She also handles all deliveries and I have paid for packages to be shipped overnight, which she keeps for days from you and is never around when you need to pick them up. This is the worst building in Chicago to rent from. Go elseware.
