If you wanted to compare ICM with an extreme enemy, that would be appropriate. They never fix anything, even when it's like threatening (i.e. we had a hole in our front stairs for over a week before they fixed it & after living there for over two years they finally sent us a letter to let us know that the entire unit was at risk for lead paint.
Did I mention that my bedroom did not have heat, living in Chicago during the winter????? |
