Do not rent from Lakeview Associates unless you like a company that could care less about their tenants. I had the following problems in one year w/ them:
roaches, a bathroom that flooded when I showered, a sink that backed up w/ dirty water for 6 months before it exploded black sludge all over my kitchen, and leaky ceilings which resulted in my bathroom ceiling collapsing!
The attitude of the management company was inexcusable! They fix the problem but don't care that I had to spend 3 straight days shoveling sludge out of my kitchen sink. They also didn't care that my personal property got damaged when these things hapened. All they care about is leasing and know nothing about their buildings. They are so clueless about their buildings that they don't even know where the cable boxes are! |
