While it is difficult to get in touch with the office by phone, you can make maintenance requests online. I have enjoyed living in my unit (Eastlake Terrace, right on the lake) very much. The apartments are well-maintained, the neighbors are unobtrusive and quiet, and the neighborhood and buildings are safe and well-lit. Definitely recommended for other women living alone. |
