The maintenance is poor, it takes at least 3 calls, one finally of you yelling to get a response from anyone in the office. As well the buildings are off of an alley, excessive traffic and noise. The walls are paper thin, so unless you are a freak and enjoy hearing your neighbors going at it, you will go nuts. Not enough washers and dryers for the number of tenants.
And they are in need of tenants because they are offering no rent raises if you release, don't be fooled. |
