The building was converted from a hotel to an apartment and has good interior as well as exterior.
However, the elevator is old and outdated, the plumbing is bad but the janitorial service is very good.
Basically, the apartments are not worth what therent is dictating ($1,100 and up for two-bedrooms/2baths or $975 for two-bedrooms/one bath). Parking in the buildings lot is $150 a month extra. |
