The only problem is when something needs fixing in the apartment the landlord will not fix it. The landlord is the problem with these apartments. The building is not very secure, however, this is what the landlord will tell you that they are putting security locks at the front gate and your guest will have to be buzzed in. I have been there 6 years, they are not installed yet. Most of the tenants that do move in, move out within 6 months, because the landlord is a slum lord. He only wants to rent to single women. He is a womanizer. He only repairs the outside of the building, nothing in the inside. I, however, will be moving this year.
