Groups of peope ( 4/6 and more) living in convertibles/apartments; result: we now pay 110 $ + for water, electricity and air (originally included in rent), WITHOUT NOTICE. + Staff increased rent raise WITHOUT NOTICE also and lied about it. + Increase of parking 185 to 215 $ in 2 years. Parties anytime, drinking in hallways. Cigarettes dropping off balconies (to deck..) Cooking/ cigars smells from neighbors. Loud music night and day. Dancing upstairs. Construction of new high rise in front = noise all day. Stained, dirty walls / wallpapers in hallways. Dishwasher and washer/dryer old and too loud + can hear the neighbors'ones... micro. out of order twice, waited 10 days to have it changed. Fridge also loud. Managment unresponsive.
