All plumbing needs to be replaced. Exterior is beautiful it is a shame they can't maintain the apartments to match. Police are always at this building for doemstic disputes and thefts. I have had several things stolen from the bike room/laundry room. My apartment was not clean when I moved in. Company is very difficult to deal with. Do not return phone calls promptly and are very shady when discussing lease renewal. I am having a tough time negotiating anything less than about a 9% increase. This apartment is not worth that much money on any market!
