The brochure displays a different place of what you will receive at this place. 1. I had no closet that could open and was living out of plastic containers. 2. Paint chips are everywhere because they did not sand nor strip the gloss paint. This causes lead poisoning for kids. 3. Hot water was shooting out because the regulator was broken. 4. There was no water running for 2 weeks until after 6 pm. 5. Dishwasher was not working because of the lack of pressure. 6. Washer/Dryers could not operate because of the electricity problem. 7. All 3 elevators were out of order I had to carry my kid down 15 floors. 8. Jacob ignores what you say. John Bieg and Linda Anders tells you there is nothing they can do it is normal maintenance problems. 9. Vic Ortiz won't return your phone call at corporate his secretary Linda says he is going site to site. 10. There is constant drilling and banging because of the old building. 11. My door won't lock on a hot day because the building shifts. 12. The vent ducts are filthy and you will see 1 inch of dust cluttered at the opening. 13. I had a hole exposed for over a month in the living room because the contractor mis calculated twice the measurements for the closets. 14. my windows didn't open because of the layers of paint. 15. I have big gashes of the wall off because they need to replaster and paint it. 16. Employees complain management gets upset if they spend money. One would only think if upper management gets bonuses at year end, so why fix it? 17. Just imagine the work not done prior to moving in and what problems you will face getting the work done they all the traffic of people to fix your place up.
