Reviewer:   Parle2001@hotmail.com   Review Date:  8/30/04      Rate This Apartment     I've been living at 4540 N. Magnolia which is apart of 4845 N. Magnolia. My advice for you will be to run, run very fast. There is absolutely no security in either buildings. I had a man knocking on my door threating to kill some girl who he thought lived at my apartment. I talked to the property manager who did absolutely nothing. The building has sewage problems and it smells very bad. The garbage chutes are constantly overflowing with nasty smelling trash. The fire escape doors are not locked allowing anyone to come in. The tenants are trifling a long with Related Management. If you go downtown to the corporate office you will see marble floors, expensive furniture and nice plants. But, don't expect any of that from this building. Again, RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!!. Don't make the same costly mistake that I did!!
