Three bedroom, 1 bath, sunroom, and laundry room with washer and dryer inside the unit. Also living room, dining room, and kitchen. Two-flat apartment. Very spacious and beautiful. Has dishwasher, but can't use it because using too many electronics at once makes the circuits fuse. Hardwood floors mean lots of noise from people walking upstairs. Cold in the winter; space heaters are a necessity (apt. 2 people control heat). Cloudy full-length mirrors in bathroom and on coat-closet door. Hot water in shower does not last very long. Easy access to CTA red line and buses. Room for two cars in garage. Safe in the morning, but would not recommend walking alone at night. Attractive |
