Although at 1st it looks like a great building you really do not know unless it is a warm active friday evening you do not know what it is like. It has no doorbells so people are standing outside screaming at all hours of the day to be let inside. There are valdals that live here and a regular police visitation to this building. It is on a busy street and the traffic is very loud. The windows are old and little insulation. Faucets and stoves leak. You had better like noisy neighbors parties upstairs and downstairs. Building codes? what are those? |
