Reviewer:   Anonymous   Review Date:  9/7/06      Rate This Apartment     Although the door staff are very nice and helpful the management office are a bunch of idiots. They refuse to help w/anything and are extremely rude. Also, this building is not very secure...anyone can walk in pretty much. Its no surprise there are a million units in here for sale that no one wants... The units are cheaply made (certainly for the price), old appliances, and the bathrooms are disgusting. For a building that is only a few years old you would think they'd have put in decent finishes but my bathroom looks like something out of the 70's and i refuse to use the bathtub... Its too gross. And maybe someone should have told this builder that it wouldnt have killed them to put in an actual gym rather than a room with two old treadmills and some weights. Its amazing just how thrown together this place is... Oh and dont think for a second that maintenance will actually fix anything because they wont. There are many much nicer buildings for the same price in better locations. Don't bother here...its not worth your money.
