I could live with the sirens and the break-ins, but the new management is what made me leave.
Their "management" is horrible and will make your life a living hell. They turn off the water and electricity with less than 6 hours notice (and that notification comes at about midnight). People are constantly coming in to your apartment to inspect the apartment. The amenities are all broken. The worst is the billing. The new management doesn't keep accurate records, so they overbill. When you call them on it, they explain that you should adjust the bills yourself. When you do, they mark the excess as "unpaid". There is never anyone who can take care of these problems, just people who can take a message.
