Landlord's first words every time you call are, "How did you break it?" Neighbors are great, parking is not. Be prepared to be treated like a child instead of an adult --- the landlord has no people skills, but his maintenance man is nice. Final note: I hope you don't mind the sound of dogs barking, because during the summer this neighborhood sounds like a kennel.
