This property is not well maintained at all. The rental company, Wolin-Leven does not have an on-site manager, or maintenance personnel. The floors *might be cleaned once a week, there are numerous safety violations, (frayed carpet can trip you up, tenants being allowed to play their tv late at night, lead based paint, elevator a hazard, etc.), which even after being apprised in writing, the rental company is not responsive. The unit manager has only visited the manager one time in the period that we have been here, and that was just to tour prospective buyers of the building. He does not do anything but collect rent, and has made no repairs unless we complained to a thirid-party authority, such as the city. The attitude of the property manager is the substandard conditions of the apartment are good enough for those "ni--ers" since the tenants are all African-American. |
