Apartment Review for 14 West Elm - Chicago, IL

This building sounds great. Located in the heart of the Gold Coast, block from the beach, train and shoping. Living here is a different story. Cureently we've been without hot water now for almost 96 hours and some tenants dont even have cold running water. Talking to Sam is like talking to a a brick wall. Having talked to a lot of people in the building about the problem and trying to get a maintenance man out here to fix the problem have been a nightmare. Sam response to the problem was that he would cancel anyones lease that had a proplem with the situtation. I have class in the morning and and still have no idea what to do. When asking him to get a different repair man Sam said he couldnt because the CEO has to aprove that and he DOES NOT WORK ON SUNDAYS. WOW! I wish anyone the best of luck with B&A.
