Apartment Review for 1703 W Catalpa Ave - Chicago, IL

Don't do it. The building is very run down the units are very old... And there is a mice problem (in the walls) and the owner nor management company do nothing about it other then place poison packets around your house inviting the mice in for dinner... The hallway needs a paint job badly in addition the so called maintenance man only comes around to move garabe from one corner to another... DONT LIVE HERE
