Apartment Review for 3410 Lake Shore Drive Apartments - Chicago, IL

I have lived in this building for 5 years and I adore it. It was the perfect place to move as a first time buyer. Safe building, friendly doormen & staff, renovated elevators, good sized laundry room, and a decent work-out room when it's too cold to venture outside. You can't beat the location- steps from the buses, the running path, and the shops on Broadway. Well priced units and fair accessments. Smaller units, but like I said- good for the first time buyer seeking equity.
