Apartment Review for 4700-4706 N. Artesian (P&M Investments) - Chicago, IL

The Mexican lady on the third floor who gives you tokens for the washer has loud dogs and feeds pidgeons and squirrels. When I tell her to stop it she all of the sudden no hablas english. That really pisses me off. Other than that... I've been there for a few years and no real gripes. Compared to other places I have lived in Wicker Park 1025.00 per mo., Lincoln Park 1850.00 per mo, or Old Town 1350.00 this place at 1075.00 for a 2 bedroom is a steal. Near the brown line and nightlife a great bachelor pad area.
