I cannot say enough good things about this building. Allow me to just list what makes this a great place to live: - Decent rent rates - Condition of building - Complete lack of bugs you often would worry about in a highrise - Genuinely nice doormen who sign for your packages - Great office staff - Courteous and attentive maintenance guys - Nearly soundproof units - Covered parking IS available for a fee - And you cannot beat the location  Need to rent an apartment?
