Beal Properties bought this building last year and since then there has been garbage strewn all over the back courtyard, the door opening to the alley doesn't lock, the property manager is slow to respond to maintenance requests and the staff at the Beal Properties office are completely unhelpful and condescending.  Need to rent an apartment?
