The Appleville is a solid building on a quite tree line street with plenty of parking. Easy walk to public transportation. Safe area (check police report)!! The maintenance team are a trusted staple to the building. The apartment is very spacious, the room dimensions are awesome with plenty of closet space. North end has beautiful skyline views. I think a three bedroom is about 1700 sq. ft.  Need to rent an apartment?
