Beal Properties are nothing short of difficult to deal with. They are inconsiderate and do not adequately deal with the issues. I have had water difficulties (getting any hot water to come out if anyone else in the building is using it, as well as water pressure issues and now, in the beginning of winter - no hot water at all). Their office staff is extremely rude.  Need to rent an apartment?
