Apartment Review for Beal Properties - Chicago, IL

Poor Management. Dumpsters are always overflowing or not present at all. Furnaces in the apt are very loud and can be heard from one apt. to the other. Intercom/buzzer entry system has not worked for over one year, even after several calls and letters to management. Lobby/Hall lights often out and takes weeks for someone to replace them. There is a gym, which is a plus, but it can't be used in the winter; as it is NOT HEATED?! STAY AWAY!!!
