I wouldn't recommend Bonita.

Plumbing doesn't work correctly, no phone line, bugs, weird smell, stove produces a nauseating amount of gas, and its small (I don't know how many square feet the room is). Really I could only recommend moving here if you couldn't afford or find another place.  Need to rent an apartment?
