The Heat in the Aprtments is not working

Take Care Guys. This year we saw record low in decrease of temperatures and the Management never cared to bother our cries. Most of the Units are not having proper heating facilities due to some equipment problem and no one is bothering. I got sick and I am planning to send all my medical expenses to them. And I am planning to report the same to Department of Health and other concerned Departments.  Need to rent an apartment?
