Apartment Review for Eastlake Management - Chicago, IL

I have seen the tenants come, and I have seen them go. It's not so much the apartments, but the landlord and the bad attitude you get. The rent was raised for no cause and nothing has changed. The Metro-Link Station right in front is so noisy and busy, you can't sleep at night. The walls are very thin and you hear everything the neighbors do, and say. The layouts are nice, but my has the furnace upstairs and it's so cold downstairs in the winter that I have to have at least two space heaters on full blast everyday. The parking lots are secured but not large enough for everyone. There was suppose to be a spinkler system for the lawn but they have the water hoses everywhere and water is being wasted that way. (Maybe that's why they went up on the rent!) There are no tenant committees such as Neighorhood Watch, or incentives for tenants, so most don't really care about the appearance, safety for their children, parking, etc.
