This is a really nice 1bdrm apt. But there are a lot of repairs needing to be done to the property like there are no locks on the doors, and repairs that need to be done to each unit. The tenants are okay,But the people that hang out around the building are bad news, the janitor is very lazy, and you would really have to be a patient person to deal with management. They are well with taking rent, but bad with filling your request
